Professional supervision
I offer supervision for speech and language therapists, in line with the RCSLT guidance.
I provide opportunities for self-reflection on your clinical practice in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I will facilitate your problem-solving and ask questions to enable you to find alternative solutions to clinical and practice-related issues. I offer another perspective. I may challenge your thinking at times and signpost you to alternative support. Occasionally, I may provide ideas and resources, however, supervision is more about helping you to find answers through developing your self-reflection.
I am trained with In Tandem (level 3) to offer both individual and group professional supervision and have over 25 years’ experience of offering these models within the NHS and independent practice. I also receive my own supervision for clinical practice and supervision practice to ensure that I can offer a high-quality service.

Specialist mentoring
I provide advice and mentoring for SaLTs and education professionals.
If you manage people who work with children who have speech, language and communication difficulties, and would like some support with a project or navigating change, then a period of mentoring might be beneficial.
Mentoring contracts usually run for a set number of sessions or over an agreed time period until a piece of work is complete.
• Expanding or adding a new offer to your provision for children with SLC difficulties such as remote support or a student placement
